A TV journalist in my soul, I am now an independent consultant specialised in corporate teaching, change management and communication. I also run a specialised practice of private and corporate support for cases of mobbing. Based in Geneva - Switzerland, I work internationally. My corporate help takes the form of brief, intensive consulting interventions and events, and of personal coaching, given to top managers, and to management teams. I facilitate executive teams to develop out-of-the-box strategies and tactics to achieve urgent organisational culture changes in crisis situations, while improving their own communication and teamwork. Hundreds of advanced change management workshops and management consulting development courses. For a while, I lived in London and as a Consulting Manager served a number of A.T. Kearney/E.D.S. clients in the shipbuilding, aerospace, utilities and fast moving consumer goods. Before that, between 1985 and 1995, I worked from Geneva, for Digital Equipment Europe, in developing change management competencies and supporting clients in major change projects across Europe, Asia, Australia and the USA. Earlier, I spent five years as an assistant professor with the Geneva University, teaching Organisation Development, Innovation in Educational Organisations and advanced Education Methods. During that period I also published as an Editor in chief the Agora newspaper in Geneva. In the seventies, I used to be a producer and journalist with the Romanian Television: News, Film, Youth, Entertainment and Science departments. I was and am in love with Television (this is inexplicable for most people). In parallel with the television career, I pursued actively publishing, public speaking and teaching, as well as career counselling. For an example I created the first youth counselling practice in Romania. Only the "Genius of the Carpathians" was able to convince me to say good bye to all of that.. An eternal student, I have two diplomas in Psychology (Bucharest and Geneva Universities) and a PhD in Communication Psychology. I also hold a diploma of Advanced Studies in Educational Science of the Geneva University. At present, I study for another HR diploma on the subject of mobbing and use every spare moment to study philosophy and read voluminous books, the ones everybody would like to have read but nobody likes to read, to find out even more about how little I know.
